We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our product, however, we understand that every now and then a problem or technical issue can occur.
If there are any issues at all with your product or you’re not fully satisfied, please contact us right away! We will do everything we can to resolve the issue, make sure you are looked after, and that your needs are met!
Refunds
STEPS:
1) Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order with your intention to claim a refund. You will need to include a photo or video proof of any technical issues, damages, broken parts of malfunctions.
2) We will then send you a confirmation email with a return address and information on sending your product back to our warehouse. The returned items must be received within 30 days of the confirmation email.
3) Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund (if approved) and send you a confirmation email.
4) The cost of your purchase will then be automatically refunded to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
